New Active Always Uniform from September 2026

As part of our commitment to promoting health, wellbeing and active lifestyles, we are introducing our new Active Always Uniform from September 2026.

The aim of this change is to ensure that all children are comfortable and ready to be active throughout the school day – whether that is during PE lessons, the Daily Mile, outdoor learning, playtimes or other physical activities.

Our ‘Always Active’ uniform consists of

• Red Parklands sweatshirt, cardigan or fleece with logo
• Red or white, polo shirt or T-shirt
• Black tracksuit trousers
• Black leggings
• Black shorts / skort
• Red & white checked summer dress with little shorts
• Red & white checked playsuit in the summer
• Parklands Bookbag - children will need a bag for their reading books
• School colour socks

Shoes

• A pair of plain black trainers (no logos or brands)
• Open-toe sandals are NOT permitted in the Summer

Forest School/Outside Learning Kit

• Waterproofs/raincoat
• Wellington boots

There will be no separate PE kit. 

Please note

• Long hair must be tied up, and hair bands should be in school colours
• Jewellery should not be worn in school (with the exception of stud earrings). Please provide tape to cover earrings in PE or remove them in advance. If watches are worn, they are NOT the responsibility of the school.  No Smart watches are allowed
• Please make sure that your child’s clothing is MARKED WITH THEIR NAME either by using name tapes or permanent marker pen
