Hi there! I'm Karen Coles, the Family Liaison at Parklands School, and I'm excited to share a bit about what I do! My passion lies in providing pastoral support and partnering with families, parents, and carers to create a positive school experience for our children.

I'm here to help you navigate any challenges that might be happening at home that could affect you and your child’s school life. Together, we'll collaborate with you, the teachers, and the senior leadership team to ensure your child not only learns well but also enjoys their time at school! This teamwork is all about what’s best for our wonderful children and their families.

I’d love to meet with you one-on-one, whether in school or over the phone. I can offer information, practical help, and, most importantly, a friendly ear to listen. I truly believe in the power of parental involvement, and I’m here to connect you with the fantastic agencies we work with. Together, we can make sure you and your children get the best support possible!
